Listen, I get that I've been keeping a mid-2000's vibe for the rest of the site but I feel like since this page is a bit more serious, I think that I should make it look serious. I know it looks all modern and dumb, but I actually kinda like this font!
Plus this feels less like a page made these days and moreso like a page from 2014 that you'd see from the company you work at.

1. Do not create NSFW of my characters.
NSFW is short for Not Safe For Work, which is basically anything that'd get you fired from your job if your boss saw it on your work PC. Now, you may be wondering what I would consider NSFW. My definition of NSFW includes (but is not limited to) the following, all of which I dislike:
Vore, Inflation, Weight gain, TF, (I don't mean Team Fortress) Diapers, Pregnancy, (yes, these are all somehow real things) Incest, Whatever other fetishes you could possibly have, and regular sex.
Now, don't get me wrong, it's OK (I guess?) if you like any of that weird stuff (unless it's diapers bc imo that is just half an inch away from pedophilia which I hate the most, and I think incest should be illegal) but DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT draw my characters with any of those. Now, I know that saying not to do it is gonna make some atombrained rockhead do it, but if they do I WILL make them regret it.
Also, as you should already know, I AM A MINOR. I will NEVER make NSFW, and I will NEVER be comfortable with that kind of "fan art". Regular fan art is fine though! Nothing suggestive please though. Other than that, I encourage you to draw my OCs, or even show me your interpretations of their core concepts! (e.g. Wiibun's original concept was just "what if a rabbit had wii remotes for ears lmfao") Seriously, show me what you got! unless, again, if it's porn. in that case either delete it or delete yourself because I don't want to see it. In addition, if you make weird comments on my posts or send me anything that makes me uncomfortable, I CAN and WILL block you.

Note: If you ever see that I've blocked you, it might not be because I dislike you, it might just be because your account is 18+/NSFW. No judge! (mostly, anyway) I just don't want to see that stuff.
2. Do not repost my work without credit.
If you want to share my stuff because you like it, either retweet or reblog the original post, OR post a link to the original post! Also, you ARE allowed to use my art for your pfp, but only if you credit me in your bio. In addition, do not trace my art whatsoever, (using my art as a reference is fine though!!)
or use any of my code without crediting me.
If I make a gift or commission for you, feel free to post it on your own account as long as you tag me!
(or at least credit me. This only applies to art!)
3. I do not want any of my work to be made into an "NFT".
I personally HATE everything related to crypto, (especially the fools that think that it's the future and that they actually own the jpegs they buy) and I especially hate NFTs. Only thing I hate more is those damned cryptocurrencies based on shiba inus because now google thinks I want to hear about those INSTEAD OF THE ACTUAL F@%#ING CUTE DOGS.
Anyway, as I was saying. Do not mint my work into NFTs. I do not want to be associated with you fools, and I WILL send a DMCA Takedown request to you and the platform the token is on. Personally I prefer my "tokens" to be physical and fungible.
Even if you commissioned me to make the art, you do NOT have permission to make it into an NFT.
And to the creator of Nyan Cat:
Chris, you're better than this. Stop your NFT bullshit. Don't you know it's all a scam? Why can't you just do something like partner with Sphero again?

I know he probably won't see that, but I sure hope he does and sees the error of his ways. I miss 2013. Anyway, I think this is the end of this agreement for now.
